By booking a session with Rainbow Ri Holistic Health Coach, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 🔒 Booking & Payment In-Person Sessions: Payment can be made via cash, card, or bank transfer (cash is the preferred method). Online Sessions: Full payment is required at the time of booking online Email Tarot Readings: A payment link will be sent via SumUp once your booking request has been confirmed. Email Tarot reading will be delivered within 48-72 hrs. after receiving payment. 📝 New Clients All new clients are required to complete a consultation form at their first appointment. This includes basic personal information and relevant medical history to ensure sessions are safe, personalised, and supportive. 📧 Appointment Reminders You will receive both a confirmation email at the time of booking and a reminder email 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. 📅 Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. I understand that life can be unpredictable. Early notice allows me to offer your appointment to another client in need of support. ❌ Missed Appointments Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will incur the full session fee. This helps cover the time and preparation dedicated to your session. ⏰ Late Arrivals Please aim to arrive on time for your session. If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the appointments of others. Unfortunately, missed time cannot be carried over or added to future bookings.
