As a menopausal woman trying to heal from CPTSD and the general feeling of being a bit lost and alone in this world, I felt the need for some holistic healing. I stumbled across Ri during a Google search and immediately felt drawn to book an appointment with her. I’m so so glad that I did, I was warmly welcomed into her healing space and immediately felt at ease. I knew I’d made the right choice. Ri is a very experienced, knowledgable practitioner and has a wonderful, natural ability to identify her clients needs. I felt that I’d arrived with a full bag of woes that possibly couldn’t be addressed but Ri was very reassuring, comforting, supportive and helpful the whole way through. I have had reiki before, a long time ago and recently had a session elsewhere that didn’t seem to make much of a difference unfortunately, for whatever reason.
With Ri I could feel the positive, light energy in my body along with the light language and movements of her hands shifting some kinds of energies in me (hard to explain), clearing away things. As well as the soft touch positive energy too. My head/brain also felt much less heavy, lighter somehow and like a negative switch somewhere had been changed to be positive. I really hadn’t expected such a positive transformation from one session and was very pleasantly surprised by the subtle but powerful shift in me afterwards. It’s a few days after now and the positive shift in me seems to be gaining momentum and I feel more able to look forward, for the first time in a long time. I am truly grateful for having met Ri and can highly recommend her healing. Thank you 🤩
