My Story

Growing up and even into my adulthood, I always felt like the vibrant black sheep of the family!

The world often seemed a challenging place for me, with struggles in family, illnesses and even facing surgical menopause at just 36 without the option for HRT.

Through every lesson learned and every time I felt broken, I discovered an incredible strength within myself to rise, dust off, and start anew. Each tough experience has been a stepping stone, and I wouldn't change a thing because they shaped the amazing person I am today.Now, I realize my purpose is to guide others!

With my life experiences, tools, wisdom, and knowledge, I'm here to help others reclaim their power, just as I have reclaimed mine!
