Through Reiki, Energy Healing, Life Coaching and Spiritual Coaching, I hold a grounded, nurturing space where energy softens, blockages release, and balance is gently restored. This work supports you through stress, anxiety, grief, and life transitions, inviting reconnection with your inner wisdom and quiet inner knowing.

My approach is heart-led and intuitive, guided by deep listening, energetic awareness, and compassionate presence. Each session is personal and responsive, meeting you exactly where you are and honouring what is ready to shift.

Offerings are available in my Rainbow Ri Healing Room in Flore, Northampton online via Google Meet or
Distance Reiki Healing, allowing energetic support to reach you wherever you are, beyond time and space.

Animal Reiki sessions are available also at a location of your choice or via distance healing, offering gentle, intuitive support to help your animal feel calm, balanced, and at ease bringing the same caring, grounded presence into your animal’s everyday life.
