Terms and conditions

Rainbow Ri Holistic Health Coach

By booking a session with Rainbow Ri Holistic Health Coach, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

 

🔒 Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow time for energetic preparation and to ensure you receive the most aligned support.

  • Payment can be made at the time of booking online or in person on the day of your session.

  • I accept cash or card payments.
     

📝 New Clients
All new clients are required to complete a consultation form, which includes personal details and relevant medical history. This will be completed at your first appointment.

📧 Appointment Reminders
A confirmation and reminder email will be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

📅 Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hour’s notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens, and I understand that illness or unexpected events may arise. Early notice helps me offer the space to another client in need.

❌ Missed Appointments
If you cancel with less than 24 hour’s notice or do not attend your appointment, the full session fee will be charged. This is to cover the time and preparation set aside for your booking.

⏰ Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to make the most of your session. If you’re running late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to ensure fairness for all clients. Missed time cannot be carried over or added to future sessions.
