By booking a session or service, you agree to the following:

£20 non-refundable booking fee secures all in-person sessions (Reiki, coaching, guidance).

Distance Healing & Tarot Readings: Full payment required upfront.

Tarot are delivered by email or message of choosing of

3-Card Reading: Delivered within 3 days of payment.

6-Card Reading: Delivered within 6 days of payment.​

Confirmation sent at booking; reminder 24 hours before.

Sessions end at the scheduled time; missed time cannot be added.

Cancellation of Reiki, Coaching, Tarot & Distance Healing: Cancel 24+ hours in advance for a refund (booking fee non-refundable). Less than 24 hours’ notice = full session fee. applied​

Animal Reiki (In-Person): £20 non-refundable booking fee required to secure your appointment.

A small travel charge applies for locations over 5 miles from NN5 — confirmed at booking

Distance Animal Reiki: Full payment required at booking.

Reminders are sent 24 hours before all animal services.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund; less than 24 hours are non-refundable.

Animals must be safe to handle and appropriately secured. Services may be refused if an animal presents a risk.
