Terms & Conditions

By booking a session with Rainbow Ri Holistic Health Coach, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Booking, Payment & Non-Refundable Booking Fee

• A £20.00 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all in-person appointments.

• Your appointment is not confirmed until the booking fee has been paid.

• The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your session.

 

Travel Costs:

For mobile appointments, a travel charge will apply for any location more than 7 miles from NN5.

This charge will be confirmed at the time of booking

 

In-Person Sessions:

Payment can be made via cash, card, or bank transfer (cash is preferred).

 

Online Sessions:

Full payment is required at the time of booking online.

 

Email Tarot Readings:

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Delivery times:

3-Card Tarot Reading: Delivered within 3 days from the date payment is received.

6-Card Tarot Reading: Delivered within 6 days from the date payment is received.

 

New Clients

All new clients are required to complete a consultation form at their first appointment.

This includes basic personal information and relevant medical history to ensure sessions are safe, personalised, and supportive.

 

Appointment Reminders

You will receive a confirmation email at the time of booking and a reminder email 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the full session fee being charged. The £20.00 booking fee is strictly non-refundable.

If rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice, the booking fee can be transferred once only. Further changes will require a new booking fee.

 

Missed Appointments

Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will incur the full session fee, as time and preparation have already been allocated for your session.

 

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect subsequent appointments.

Missed time cannot be added on or carried over.
