By booking a session or service, you agree to the following:

£10 -£20 non-refundable booking fee secures all in-person sessions (Packages, Healing, Coaching, Guidance).

Person & Animal Distance Healing: Full payment required upfront.

Confirmation sent at booking; reminder 24 hours before.

Sessions end at the scheduled time; missed time cannot be added.

Cancellation: 24hours in advance for a refund (booking fee non-refundable). Less than 24 hours’ notice = full session fee. applied​
