By booking a session with Rainbow Ri Holistic Health Coach, you agree to the following:

Payment & Booking

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

• Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

• A booking confirmation will be sent when your session is booked, with a reminder sent ahead of your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

I completely understand that sometimes plans change or unexpected things happen. As your appointment time is reserved especially for you, I kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

• 48 hours or more notice: 50% refund or the option to reschedule your session once to another suitable date and time.

• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund.

• Non-attendance: No refund.

Please contact Rainbow Ri Holistic Health Coach as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Your Session

Sessions start and finish at the agreed time. If you arrive late, this may reduce the time available for your session.

Your Wellbeing

Reiki, spiritual life coaching, Intutive guidance and other holistic services are complementary wellbeing services and are not a replacement for medical care or professional healthcare advice.

Please let me know about any relevant health conditions, pregnancy, medication or anything else that may be important before your session.
