Hi, I'm Ri, an Alternative Medicine Practitioner based in Flore, Northamptonshire.

Life doesn't always go the way we expect. Sometimes we lose confidence in ourselves, feel overwhelmed by everything around us or reach a point where we know something needs to change, but we're not quite sure where to begin.

My own journey has taught me how important it is to feel understood, reconnect with ourselves and have the space to explore what's going on beneath the surface. Through Rainbow Ri Holistic Health Coach, I want to offer a welcoming space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, explore your own journey and discover what's possible for you moving forward.
