An opportunity to meet, talk about what you’re looking for and explore how I may be able to support you. It’s a relaxed space to ask questions, get a feel for how I work and see whether my approach feels right for you and where you are on your journey.
Adults
1 Hour 30 Minutes — £65
Sometimes you may come with something specific you would like to unravel. Other times, you may simply feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected or unsure of what you need.
We begin by talking and connecting, and from there I allow the session to unfold intuitively and naturally. There are different ways I can support you, and your session may draw on one or more of these approaches, depending on what feels right for you.
Under 18's & Children
1 Hour — £55
A gentle, supportive space for children who may experience emotions deeply, become easily overwhelmed or find it difficult to put their feelings into words.
Sessions offer a calm environment where they can be themselves, release what they may be holding inside and explore healthier ways to express difficult emotions.
Energy Healing can support relaxation, emotional wellbeing and help children feel calmer, more grounded and lighter within themselves.
Parent/guardian consent is required, and appropriate safeguarding boundaries are always maintained.
I use a combination of my skills, abilities and tools, intuitively guided by what I feel called to work with during your session and what feels most supportive for you.

My approach
Spiritual Life Coaching
Gives you space to explore what is happening in your life, gain clarity and reconnect with yourself and your own direction. You may feel more understood, clear-headed and confident, with a greater sense of what you need and where you want to go. It can leave you feeling empowered, hopeful and more connected to yourself.
Intuitive Guidance & Mediumship
Allows me to tune into the energy around you and the spiritual connection within your session. This may include receiving impressions, feelings or messages from those who have passed, offering comfort, insight and a sense of connection. You may experience reassurance, comfort, peace or emotional release, and leave feeling lighter or with a deeper sense of connection.
Energy Healing
Gives you the opportunity to slow down, relax and restore, helping you feel calmer, lighter and more grounded. You may experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling or a feeling of release. Afterwards, you may feel peaceful, refreshed, balanced and more connected to yourself.
Light Activation
Light Activation can be part of your awakening, helping you become more aware of yourself, your intuition and things that may be changing within you. Everyone experiences it differently, so there is no set way it should feel and nothing you need to try to make happen.
I work intuitively with the energy I pick up from you, which can sometimes bring through light language. It is a form of intuitive expression that can be experienced through sounds, words, tones or hand movements, rather than something that needs to be understood in a traditional way. I simply allow it to flow naturally during a session when it feels right.
Tarot & Oracle cards
Can help you explore what is beneath the surface, gain perspective and bring clarity to situations or feelings. You may experience moments of recognition, clarity or a shift in perspective. You can leave feeling more settled, clearer about what you are experiencing and able to look at things from a different angle.
Rooted in Love — Women’s Circle
A heart-led space for women to come together, feel seen, supported and understood. A place to breathe, share, heal and reconnect with the woman within you surrounded by love and genuine connection.
