Terms and Conditions
Animal Reiki Sessions: £20 non-refundable booking fee required to secure your appointment. A small travel charge applies for locations over 5 miles from NN5 — confirmed at booking Distance Animal Reiki: Full payment required at booking. Reminders are sent 24 hours before all animal services. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund; less than 24 hours = non-refundable. Clients must provide accurate info about their animal’s health, behaviour, and needs. Animals must be safe to handle and appropriately secured. Services may be refused if an animal presents a risk. Fully insured and DBS checked for Animal Reiki sessions giving you peace of mind.
