Rainbow Ri Holistic Health Coach By booking a session or service, you agree to the following: £20 non-refundable booking fee secures all in-person sessions . Distance Healing: Full payment required upfront. Confirmation sent at booking; reminder 24 hours before. Sessions end at the scheduled time; missed time cannot be added. Cancellations must be given 24+ hours in advance for a refund (booking fee non-refundable). Less than 24 hours’ notice = full session fee applied. All sessions are fully insured and DBS checked for your peace of mind
