Cancellation & Rescheduling I completely understand that sometimes plans change or unexpected things happen. As your appointment time is reserved especially for you, I kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment. * 48 hours or more notice: 50% refund or the option to reschedule your session once to another suitable date and time. * Less than 24 hours notice: No refund. * Non-attendance: No refund.
