Rainbow Ri Holistic Health Coach – Terms & Conditions By booking a session with Rainbow Ri Holistic Health Coach, you agree to the following: Payment & Booking * Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. * Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. * A booking confirmation will be sent when your session is booked, with a reminder sent ahead of your appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling I completely understand that sometimes plans change or unexpected things happen. As your appointment time is reserved especially for you, I kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment. * 48 hours or more notice: 50% refund or the option to reschedule your session once to another suitable date and time. * Less than 24 hours notice: No refund. * Non-attendance: No refund. Please contact Rainbow Ri Holistic Health Coach as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
